Policies
All room rates include continental breakfast, and use of all resort amenities including pools, fitness center, etc. Rates are per night and subject to current Maine State Rooms & Meals Tax.

Check in time is 2PM and Check out time is 11AM (except on packages as noted).

No Saturday night only stays from Mid May - Mid- October and during Prelude and Presidents Weekends

Deposit
One night's deposit or a major credit card guarantee is required at time of reservation.

Cancellations
All deposits are refundable, less a $25 bookkeeping fee, if we are notified at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 7 days are non-refundable. For credit card reservations we will process your card for the first night's stay if you cancel less than 7 days in advance (or simply "no show").

Misc.
Room rates are based upon single or double occupancy. Additional person rates $10pp.
