Children 12 & under always stay free in parents room.

School Vacation Special. Kids 16 & Under STAY FREE in parents room during February, April & Christmas vacation weeks.

Policies
All room rates include continental breakfast, and use of all resort amenities including pools, fitness center, etc. Rates are per night. Housekeeping gratuity will be added to all room rates. All room rates subject to current Maine State Rooms & Meals Tax.

Check in time is 2PM and Check out time is 11AM (except on packages as noted).

No Saturday night only stays from Mid May - Mid- October and during Prelude and Presidents Weekends

Deposit
One night's deposit or a major credit card guarantee is required at time of reservation.

Cancellations
All deposits are refundable, less a $25 bookkeeping fee, if we are notified at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 7 days are non-refundable. For credit card reservations we will process your card for the first night's stay if you cancel less than 7 days in advance (or simply "no show").

Misc.
Room rates are based upon single or double occupancy. Additional person rates $10pp.
